Change from B2B to RCMP
In June and July, employees affected by the change will receive amendments to their employment contracts.
The contact person from P&C for any individual questions from co-workers concerned by the change is Ilona Semrádová (Unit People & Culture Manager).
Meal allowance at RCMP is provided in the amount of CZK 107 per working day, with payment governed by valid internal regulations.
Support for working from home will be provided in line with valid internal rules and standard processes. Co-workers working from home will receive the necessary equipment, including a monitor, keyboard, and mouse. Hours scheduled and actually worked as home office will be compensated with an additional amount (CZK 9 per scheduled and worked hour), which exceeds the statutory minimum. This compensation can be used to cover the specific needs of each co-worker in connection with working from home.Competency Profiles (when is their update and translation into Czech planned?)
Competency profiles are continuously updated at the global level in line with role expectations. Since they cover areas for which employees are responsible, revisions do not occur annually but on an ongoing basis. In the coming years, greater emphasis will be placed on reviewing competency profiles globally.
Only some competency profiles are available in the local language; there are currently no plans to translate all profiles into Czech.I Share: Translation of Comments
At present, comments in I Share can be handled in two ways:comments remain in the original language in which they were entered
all comments are machine-translated into English
