Agenda:

  1. Cooperation in the area of Health & Safety (H&S):
    IKEA and the trade union agreed on the way they will cooperate in the area of H&S and Fire Protection (FP), and how information will be shared:

    • The trade union may submit proposals for improving H&S.

    • The trade union may participate in H&S inspections; the trade union will contact the Safety & Security Managers/Leaders at each unit regarding the schedule of these inspections.

    • Trade union representatives will have access to the H&S portal, where they will be able to view relevant documentation, inspection reports, and accident overviews. The trade union will send the names of the representatives who will be granted portal access to the Safety & Security Leader (Pavel Rydval).

  2. B2B colleagues (attendance recording):
    Colleagues who will newly fall under RCMP and work from the store will retain their access card and thus free access to the respective store. Start and end of shifts and breaks will be recorded in the relevant system (Verint).

  3. Entering multiple doctor visits in one day:
    Employees are primarily expected to schedule doctor's appointments outside their planned shifts. If it is not possible to attend outside working hours, the employee must provide confirmation of the visit (so-called doctor's note). If an employee has several doctor visits in one day, they must provide confirmation for each visit. In the attendance system, multiple visits will be recorded under one absence.

  4. Agenda for the September meeting:

    • Meeting and introduction with Christelle Maes, the new Co-worker Experience Manager

    • Options for subsidized meals for fill-up co-workers

    • Quality of delivered meals to external warehouses and improvements in meal ordering

    Agenda for future meetings:

    • Financial plan for the coming years, once confirmed and available
