Questions we raised:

1. Is it true that after the transfer to RCMP, B2B employees will no longer be allowed, starting in January, to work in the former business area at the checkouts as they have been used to?

Answer:
There are no such plans, nor are we considering anything like that. The spaces created downstairs near the checkouts will continue to be used by B2B and Insourcing employees. B2B has 3 fixed workstations, Insourcing has 2, and 2 stations are flexible.

2. We heard that hours for employees with disabilities (OZP) were supposed to be added on top of the hourly budget of each department, but in the end, no additional hours for OZP were provided. Is this true?

Answer:
It is not true that hours for OZP employees were supposed to be added beyond the hourly budget of each department. Integrating employees with disabilities into the workflow of each department is both our initiative and a requirement under the law.

3. Can employees with health disadvantages request a symbol on their name tag or uniform?

Answer:
Yes, they definitely can. The sewing service is prepared for this, and it is no problem to have a symbol of health disadvantage embroidered directly onto the uniform, or to use the option of placing the symbol on the name tag.

Everything is on a voluntary basis. Our priority is that our employees feel comfortable at work.

4. Why is the number of employees in Recovery at Černý Most lower than in Recovery departments at other stores?

Answer:
Currently, there are 13 employees in Recovery, and a recruitment process is open for 2 more positions to bring the team to 15 members, which is considered the full staffing level for this department. The number of employees in other stores may vary due to different contract types and processes that fall under this department.
