On 30 October 2025, we launched collective bargaining.

On 30 October 2025, a meeting was held with representatives of IKEA Czech Republic, during which we presented the first draft of the collective agreement.

We now have several additional meeting dates scheduled, where we will discuss individual chapters of the collective agreement and seek common ground that will bring the best mutual conditions for further cooperation and for all employees.
